Hmm, I'm not sure what to think of this. What are they hoping to prove? I could see turn off the TV and computer or something like that.
I just went weeks without a computer while traveling and it's not uncommon for me to take one day on the weekend and not go near my pc, I spend SO much time on it all the other days, I need a break.
